The Office of English Language Programs in Mexico sponsored a course to over 65 English language teaching professionals representing 23 Mexican states. All participants are alumni of US Embassy and COMEXUS programs related to English language teaching. Course facilitators came from Centro Espiral Mana (www.espiralmana.org) in Costa Rica
