Would've been a more effective picture had there been some red hotels but oh well. In any case, I'm sure if you've played Monopoly, you've landed on Boardwalk a few times and went bankrupt and wanted to punch the guy across from you for doing this to you. Translate this to real life and you have a person on the streets hoping to get some coins from your average pedestrian because he was either forced/pushed into the position he is in now.
