- Hiep Nguyen the Founder and Artistic Director of the Circle Painting Project. I'm a multi-discipline artist with a life long passion for teaching. I received his B.A and teaching credential in Art Education at CSU Long Beach. I'm currently pursuing an MFA in Public Art. I has worked as a muralist, stage designer, and art teacher. Tome, art is a spiritual practice, a way to connect and to celebrate.
