Death ...
Why you ask? Because it would be the easiest thing to do!
Judgement ...
Because that would show some type of feelings that I don't deserve!
Happiness ....
Because I hurt too many for pleasure and it is my time!
Love ...
Because I use your love to make me feel better instead of fuel to love you!
Don't tell me you wish me dead ... Don't judge me ... Don't wish me happiness ... And PLEASE DON'T…

The question of the hour, to be sure. I still do what i do in the hope that my wife will come back to me, and not hate me with the vehemence that she does today. Because I cannot give up the belief that man is fundamentally good, and that evil is not a natural state for us. That to hurt someone intentionally, over and over, is a pathology that can be met and defeated. I do what i do because i believe that I am a good person, and try to help others whenever I can, and sometimes when I…

I do what I do because ... well ... because that's all I can do!
Honestly I think I am going insane! I strongly believe that I not only suffer with severe depression ... but some type of anxiety or nerve disorder as well! how do you know without paying some crazy doctor to tell you what you already know? so then the only answer is to be heavily medicated? humm ... I'm not quite sure I want that!
if you think you have an answer please help!

wdydwyd? is about doing...about the art of everyday living, and about the projects (and stories around them) that engage us.
I'm intrigued by the creativity here, about the interest that is so readily shown toward understanding how what we do defines us, invites our participation and sharing, and better still, calls us to reflect on the meanings of our projects and actions.
As a lifelong student of everyday living, I have been fascinated that the topic of human doings has not…

I do what I do because its all I know ....
I do what I do because its the best I can ...
I do what I do because I'm scared to do better ...
I do what I do because I think if I do something else it will hurt ...
I do what I do because hurting me is better than hurting you!

Hi, I'm Jim and I drive a 72 passenger school bus (see pic) I've been driving for almost 20 years.
I started driving when I was laid off from the hospital I worked at. It was going to be a tempory job till I could find something better.... LOL I got my licence on my first try. (thought it was easy) and filled in for a lady that had broke her foot. When she came back (4 weeks) I started driving activity runs. The next school year (Sept 89) I started driving my own run. The run was 55 mins.…

I do what I do because I love it.
I do what I do because I care.
I do what I do because it helps others.
I do what I do to help myself.
I do what I do because I love you.
I do what I do because you love me, too.
I do what I do because it's all I have.
I do what I do because it gets me through.
I do what I do because I need your help.
I do what I do because you need me.
I do what I do because I believe.
I do what I do because I want you…

The United States government has refused to ensure free, fair, honest, transparent elections, and has ignored clear, regular and widespread evidence of election fraud and deception--the political parties and candidates ask for my vote but cannot ensure that my vote is counted. Once elected, officials no longer take my vote into consideration and cannot be held accountable, so my vote is not a voice in government and therefore not a true vote.
The United States government is comprised…

Ever get the feeling that your government is screwing you? Legally, of course, that's something that it is not allowed to do unless you give your consent. Without your consent it isn't a consensual relationship and becomes rape. So my question is, did you give your consent or not?
"Of course not," my friends tell me indignantly. "Why would we consent to having our own jobs outsourced, our homes repossessed, our children's futures mortgaged to pay for wars based on lies, and allowing…

I first found out about wdydwyd at Burning man in 05... I saw some of the images and I thought it was brillant!!
The next year, we stumbled across the team out there and I was lucky enough to get to participate.
That was 2 years ago, and I am reflecting on my answer... SO much has happened in the past two years that I wondered if it was still relevant... do I know myself better, what would I answer now if I never heard the question before... or remember what I said…

I think Martha Graham explains it best in her quote below:
“There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique, and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium; and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, not how it compares with other expression. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to…

Growing up i learned to work hard from my father. He ran a business for 20 years. I grew up helping him, learning how to manage people, business and money. We rarely went on vacations or took time off except for the major holidays like christmans and new year.
But then one day...my father passed away due to a heart attack. I suddenly had to run things and fill in his shoes. I did this for 10 years. We earned good money but the happiness of it had gone. My wife and I after 10 years…

Maybe nobody has ever thought of it before, but for every multi millionaire in the world, there are more then 100 million poor people, most of which are suffering beyond belief, to make that wealth possible. Something isn’t right here.... So just remember, when you…

Ever since I got Internet, I have been opening new doors to new communities, with people from all over the world. That to me is the best thing about Internet. Finding more new doors to enter, meeting more people in ever so many new parts of the world. And learn.... I learn every day. Next to finding new doors, finding new things to learn is what I like to do best.
And photoshop. One of the other doors on the Internet that I like to go through and hang out in is the (www.…

I just used Ning to set up this new site that will hopefully add a ton of features and interaction capabilities to wdydwyd. This project is ultimately a massively collaborative art project, and the only limitation has been the tools to facilitate this more. Let's see how this works. Feedback is welcomed in the
WEB group discussion.
Or, just post here what works or could work better to help this thing take off more.
For one, I'm testing out this blog function to see how…
