I presented on WDYDWYD this morning at the Kentucky Art Education Association state conference. It was really well attended, and I fully expect that it will generate tons of new work. And, it was a really good presentation (and it isn't often that I brag). I am going to send information on how I teach the project to about 20 different teachers.
Thank You very much Tony! My wife and I had a TON of fun with it.
I "practiced" a bit at work a week or 2 before we left for Burning Man. I had some people I work with pose, and our 7 year old daughter was my first try. And I took all of those with my camera phone set to black and white.
Do I need to get releases signed by those people I shot at work, or will you not use them for anything?
yes.. I have been using this with my teachers now for a while.. and have started posting their photos on fB.. will put them here, too. Not sure why I hadn't explored your site earlier! congrats my friend! It is dynamic, creative, life-enriching and offers empowering glimpses of clarity... i admire you!!! I appreciate you!! glad for the group for Teachers and educators.. i have shared it with my participants and trainers.

Thanks! It was the highlight of my playa experience & was happy to be able to participate again! :) It's a very fun, engaging, and thought provoking project.
I would love to do this when I travel abroad (festivals around the world....Boom, Nowhere, Ozora, Glastonbury, Machinefest, other Bman regionals, etc.). Let me know if that fits with your vision of the project!
