I was wondering what concerts and performing artist you have seen lately and what artist you recommend. Why did you enjoy their performance and what made it speacial?
I recently saw Switchfoot in concert and they were probably the best band I have ever seen live. Their energy and music speaks to me and I feel an emotional attachment to their music now.

I went to Getty Museum last weekend and did a lot of people watching. I'd consider that a "performing art." Although the people weren't purposely performing or anything like that, people's natural movements and behavior is sort of like a performance, right? I thought it was interesting how when people are at an art museum, they look at the photographs, paintings, and whatnot so seriously and stare at it and try to figure out the meaning of it. Yet, when we walk on the streets, we pass by so much art and don't analyze everything as we do at museums. Beautiful, artistic things don't only exist in museums. I'd actually rather spend a day finding art in the real world than going to a museum where the art is already set up for you. It's a shame that a lot of people don't appreciate art and beauty outside of a museum or gallery or exhibition, etc. like in every day life. The other day, I stared at a squirrel trying to drag a giant muffin into its burrow, and I thought it was really beautiful. Art!
I'm sleepy.
i attended the 'Scharoun Ensemble Berlin.' the first piece performed was the clarinet quintet in major, K.581. i thought that the muisc piece played in major and quadruple rhythm was comfortable and peaceful to listen to me. i heard directly the sound of the basson as well. the sound was appealing and harmonizing throughout the entire performance.
i felt that this performance gave me an opportunity to learn to be an actibve listener and attend other musical performances.
I went to the UCLA live called Scharoun Ensemble Berlin tonight. It was classical performance and they played popular classical songs Clarinet Quintet in A Major K.581 composed by Mozart and Octet in F Major D.803 composed by Franz Schubert. The first song was very softer, sweeter, and mellower and i loved sound of clarinet. The second song was much joyful and louder than first song. I recommend this performance because performers and program both were really great!
