I think it is great that this class exposes students to many different forms or art, but I'm also curious as to what students were viewing before this class. I would occasionally watch performances at the Ahmanson Theater in L.A. as well as community performances. However those were mostly all plays.
What have you been doing or will do now after taking this course?
It is not just restricted to live performances. The "Boldest thing you've ever done" public art project was brilliant although it felt like a rehashed "Post Secrets."
Or, has anyone just built things in their own free time?
I recently constructed marshmallow shooters for my friends and me. If anyone does want to make some random stuff in their free time, I recommend this book.
