what did you learn in this class?

Though it was not deep, I think we learned so many aspects of art. Before taking this class, I was definitely not familiar with live performance, but now I know how to appreciate it. What did you learn from this class?

I agree with you, before this class I have never think about go to watch the UCLA live. but seriously for now, I would love to spend more time and go to watch more show .

I learned how to appreciate art and what it is worth. Before this class, I had no idea what "art" actually meant but after taking this class I have realized that everyones art is different and unique and can tell its own story.

  Come on Won Jae.. did you really learn nothing? what did you not like about this class? I really hated to take notes in class, but other than that, it was fun to me.

I definitely have a new approach about looking at art that I would not have received had I not taken this class. The passion of Professor Winter really was evident throughout the course and I appreciated that.

I definitely gained a new perspective on art, especially dance and the various ways people use it to express themselves. Watching and listening to them firsthand was really interesting and taught me things I would have never known if I didn't take the class.

The biggest thing I learned about from this class was also live performance. Most importantly, the wdydwyd project allowed me to learn a lot more about some people of the people I know.

  True. If it's not because of this project, I would've never talked to my neighbours and gotten to know them. It's important to be open-minded about what's going on in your life, what you encounter and what you miss. Professor Winter teaches something more than art. He teaches attitude about life.

It opened me up to a lot of different art forms that I would have not experienced if I had not taken the class. I really liked learning about tap dancing because it is something I thought was interesting but never really knew anything about.
