Little bit more about me:
I am chairperson of an NGO working with the women farmers in the remote village of Nepal. 110 women farming groups are working with our NGO for the preservation of the microbes(beneficial worm like insects) which helps the natural balance. Yet, we are working with our own efforts(not from other funding) but trying to have such funds. All the board-members are women.
