I have been, an anarchist coffee shop owner, (Hard Times Cafe MPLS), a bike courier, (Mpls, SFO), "Chef to the Man" 2000, 2001, 2003, sous chef to Riddle's Penultimate Cafe and wine Bar, www.riddlescafe.com that's the STL y'all! A facilitator of local food, and I'm also an eagle scout.
