I do what I do, because I see the incredible healing potential it brings into peoples lives. It is what has and continues to heal my own life.
I am a dancer and life coach, shamanic guide holding spaces for ecstatic trance dance meditation and life healing.
I am a mother of 6 and grandmother, I am 47.
I live by the sea in west cork with my daughters and my two cats .
