This is a waterfall in a state park near my home town. Being this close to something so fiercely destructive helps to put a lot of things into perspective. What it all comes down to is that, there are such immense and wonderful things in this world, but nothing compares to seeing such a spectacle right in front of you. Some things I just have to see for myself.
