I started off making forum signatures. They were simple little things, 300px tall containing (probably copyrighted) portraits of what I wanted my (probably poorly constructed) roleplaying characters to look like.
(It's 6:14am, by the way, so I don't expect this account to be corehent.)
Still, I really loved making them, I found I could capture something different in those little banners. I used a free program called PhotoPlus back then, but I quickly found I was limited in what I could do, so I got Photoshop 7, and then things really began to take off for me. I could create anything I wanted, make people look how I wanted - which was a big yes, yes, yes for my friends, who wanted their pimples shopped out and blonde highlights shopped in - and I could create anything. The possibilities were limitless. I've been creating digital art for around two years now, altogether (it's been dropped and picked up as a hobby, depending on my self -esteem levels). And for the first time, I'm even considering it as a career.
So here I go, pimping out myself (I promise my further posts won't).
(I hope this works, by the way, I'm very new to this site.)
And I'm out. Have a great day, and if yours is just ending, have a great tomorrow.
