At this point my life consists of school, family, and my hobbies. I go to school because it is the only way to get to my goal. I do it for myself and also to take advantage of the opportunities that my parents did not have. I want to make them proud and at the same time prove to myself that I can do whatever I set my mind to. I realize that there is more to life then just work.I tend to combine family and hobbies because I run short on time but will not give anything up. Thus I bake often with my nephew and give everyone I care for yummy treats. Secretly I want to own my own bakery but I am not sure if I will ever actually go after it. So for now I will just focus on trying as many baking recipes as possible. This is not to say that I am not going after a career I love. I would really like to do something that helps people, especially kids, and I find psychology fascinating. Which is why a combination of the two would be perfect. So I am perfectly happy saving the baking for the weekend.I think the only problem I have with myself is that I am scared to fail and so I do what I feel is practical. I have noticed that I am the type of person who always tends to follow rules and sometimes I just want to be free to take chances without worrying about consequences. This summer I worked on being more spontaneous, so it is a work in progress. During this time, I concluded that I really want to try bungee jumping because I think it will make me step out of my little box if only for just a second. But to know me completely the last thing I must tell you, although random, is that I love glitter. Its funny how the simplest things can make you the happiest. I do what I do because life is too short for regrets.
