Because you are worth it...

People call me crazy and stare. They wonder where I get the motivation to work out so much. The recommended three to five days of exercise per week is something I surpass. Every day. Every single day I workout. For that one hour or hour and a half a day, I can forget everything. I can let go of all my stresses, problems, insecurities, and worries. I let my mind focus on the moment and the present. I push everything aside and think about my health. It is the time I make for myself. In every workout I give my all to push my physical boundaries. Each time I feel stronger and I conquer that part of that tells me I can't do it because I'm too weak. Each time I surpass the strength of the last time, I feel as though I can do anything. I do what I do because the more you give the more you get. I am committed to myself, to finding my inner peace in order to help create an outer world peace. There are three simple things I always must remember. Firstly, remember that people will try to stop you. Do not let them. People will judge you. Let them. People will stare at you, will question you, will perhaps make jokes or say mean things to you. Secondly, when this happens you must remember that it is part of life. That is why you are here, and though it may not seem like it, they are actually helping you. They will help you realize your flaws in order to overcome them. Step outside of your thoughts and emotions. Notice that these people are making you stronger, because they are teaching you about yourself. What kind of person are you? Show them. Lastly, do not settle for anything less than what you were put here to do. Live in the power of now. Treat yourself the way you deserve to be treated. Take care of your body so it may take care of you. You will be glad, and you will become powerful.
