Renia PilikianSection 1CI’ve woken up several times from a dream that felt so real. Have you ever hoped it was reality? Well, I do what I do because I want to make that dream come true. I want to achieve something admirable. I do what I do to one day be successful in the future, to make money, to have a comfortable lifestyle, to be loved, and most importantly, to be happy. I am loyal and caring to my family and friends. I take immeasurable responsibility as a head tutor in my job. I try to guide younger student not only in academics but also in their future goals and dreams. This is who I am: a friend, a daughter, an employee, and a student.I go to college and study to later attain a job with a salary that will provide luxuries. I work while attending school to gain experience in the real world and to prove to myself my determined attitude. I do all of this because I am a confused, complicated human being. I do not exactly know what I want to achieve later but whatever it is, I want to be proud doing it. I do what I do because someday I will thrive from the benefits. Someday in the future, all of my hard work in school and in work will pay off because I will be able to use the skills that I learned from all of my experiences and obstacles.I make mistakes. I tend to escape reality and fantasize about possibilities. I always stress about everything; I am rarely ever calm. I get irritated and angry; I cry. Why do I do all of this? Why am I capable of this? Because I am human; I have emotions. I have dreams, goals, and expectations. Because I want to learn from those mistakes in order to avoid making the same ones. Thus, I conclude that I live for the future. I am who I am and I do what I do because I dream about what future. Call me a dreamer, but that is who I am; that is what I do. That is what I live for.
