Clark Fox803713988Art & Arch 10Section 10I am excited to be alive. Everything I do in life, I try to do it with a smile on my face. It serves as a pick me up for both myself, as well as for others. Each day is a gift and I thank God that he has blessed me with all that he has. With so many things to be thankful for, it would seem wrong to not live each day to the fullest. Something that makes this much easier to do is positive thinking. Pushing myself while being positive has so far made my life very enjoyable. Although my parents have pushed me fairly hard to go to college and do well, they still somehow are able to remain positive and often remind me that life isn’t over after a bad test or a poor basketball game. Waking up in the morning with positive thoughts that today will be a great day gets me excited to go out and enjoy the day. There is no need to stress about what is going to happen, all I can do is start the day with a smile and good thoughts. When I see people that are angry or upset, I feel sorry for them but try as hard as possible not to let them bring me down. I am excited to be in college. I am having the time of my life at UCLA. Being at such a great University with like minded young people has made it easy to have an amazing time. I am excited about my past. My parents and siblings have had a great impact on my life and I am so happy I was able to grow up with five fun siblings with whom I am very close. I am excited about tomorrow. Even if things do not go the way I had planned there is always a new day when anything can happen and anything can change. I am excited about my future. I have had an awesome life so far and I can’t wait to find out how my life will continue to shape.
