This is who I am… a student who currently attends UCLA. I’d like to get a degree in computer science, but it seems that the university is holding me back. I’m currently waiting for them to review my grades for the upcoming quarter and if they happen to reject my request, I wonder what I’ll do—I haven’t really given much thought to it. I guess in the end, though, it doesn’t really matter if I’m able to get in. if I don’t there will just be another obstacle in my life and it’ll be dealt with when the time comes. In the meantime, this is what I do: eat, sleep, homework, internet. I need to eat and drink to survive. I need to sleep, otherwise I won’t be able to perform at my best for anything I do. I need to do homework and study in order to pass my classes and to learn more about myself and the world around me. Finally, as a a form of entertainment I “need” to use the internet (well, not really; it just makes life more convenient) as there are innumerable forms of media present that is waiting to be discovered. Doing all these different things, this is why I am who I am and what distinguishes me from the rest. Although, I must say, things do not always go as smoothly as I want them to. I find laziness and the lack of motivation to be a big problem that I’d like take down.
