I have never thought about why I do the things I do. At first when I think about the question: why I do the things I do, I feel like for quite some time now I have been doing things as if I were a robot. Everything I do is basically planned out throughout the day. It is like a daily routine. I would sometimes doubt my abilities to succeed in life because every action I make is a habit; no thought process is going through my mind, but, as I think deeper into this question, I find myself realizing the many things I do in my life that are not what I considered my daily routine, I do it for the ones I love. I do it for my family and for my friends. I actually take action because I have a purpose. My family and friends are the ones that motivate me to improve myself in every aspect. They are the ones that keep me from being lazy. They are the ones that constantly push me to become a better person. Without them motivating and helping me, I would probably not go to class, not watch my health, or not have a goal in life at all. Although many people would say that one should pursue something because of their passion towards it and not because of family or friend influences. I believe that family and friend influence is the helping hand that guides us toward the path of unknown which we have yet to see the positive aspect of. For me I do what I do because I would like to repay my family one day for all the struggles and problems they had to face because of me. I am who I am because I want to become a better person. I want to become someone that people can depend on. I want to become the person that is there when someone is in need of help.
