Go to "Edit Details" below each image & you'll get the screen (pictured below).
Sometimes people leave the default filename in the title (which comes from the file they uploaded). Other times, people don't read the instructions, so don't name it correctly.
The goal is for a visitor to see all the tumbnails and read a bit of text that reflects the answer to "wdydwyd?" But, the title doesn't have to repeat it exactly (especially if it is a long answer in the picture). You can see how I've done this for ones so far.
For example, a recent image that you may have approved had "redwomen" as the title. I changed it to "for my queen to emerge." I used to ask people before doing this, but not I don't b/c that is too much work. People can always change it again to something else (and sometimes they do).
Since I'm already in the "Edit Details" mode to change the title, I'll go ahead and add tags for key words. e.g. "queen, emerge."
