Hi Andrew, no prob... this is usually what I tell people:
The image you uploaded to the wdydwyd needs to include text in the image itself that answers "wdydwyd?" that is the only parameter for art on the site. It is an image-text treatment.
If you're not sure how to use a software program (like photoshop or MS Word) to add text, there is are a few online tools that let you do it, which I've listed here: http://bit.ly/5E5mYW
But, often the coolest pictures are ones that incorporate text in the scene you take a pictures of (e.g. writing words on something like your hand, or with a pen on an object). One guy even wrote out his answer huge on the beach and stood on a hill and took a picture of it.
You can always print a photo and then write with a sharpie on top of the photo itself (which gives a nice artistic feel) and then take another picture of that picture (or scan it). Just some ideas.
I find the ones with more words are often most compelling b/c they help tell you more about the person who created it... it becomes an answer that uniquely and specifically reflects you... meaning that it's not as generic like "because I want to express myself"... for example, I happen to recall one that read "I was too rebellious for priesthood," which is sort of cool b/c it has more baked into it. And, I also tend to like ones where the text doesn't try to be too flashy in a way that detracts from the images. It's all about the integration of the two in a way that makes sense and adds meaning to each other.
Hey Andrew, saw you uploaded an NBA logo image. Didn't add that b/c it's not an image that has text that answers wydwyd... added the leadership one though
