I am a classical musician. I am majoring in saxophone performance at UCLA.I meant this image to mean a couple different things. On the more obvious hand, I will always love music and cannot think of anything else I would rather do with my life.However, there are other things that interest me. In several cases the reason I am not pursuing these things is that I am unfamiliar with them...I can't imagine or picture myself actually having a different life.So this answer to "why do you do what you do?" is somewhat ambiguous. I love what I do, but partly because I don't know what else I would do.I enjoyed this assignment a lot! It definitely got me thinking and I look forward to thinking up new answers in the future.Thanks!
