He took the time to ponder upon the question; then he began to write, but after writing "because", he crossed it out and took another paper to write "love" instead. "Love" may seem like a generic answer, but the story he told me behind this answer is really meaningful. He talked of how people (him included) are often selfish, and that he is trying to change by helping others out of love and not for selfish reasons.
