I have grown up with the sorrow that was left behind from the Armenia Genocide carried out by the Ottoman Turks in 1915. Because of the genocide, Armenians were forced to find refuge in other countries around the world. Now that Armenia is a free and independent republic I want to be one helping hand in rebuilding the nation that was once torn apart.
