On the first day of clinicals in Nicaragua, I met this little boy who had the biggest smile on his face the entire day. Despite living in one of the poorest countries, he is just focused on being a kid. He's my reminder to smile.

currently I am supporter of 6 kids, I do this through organization "World Vision," something at least I could do for now. thank you for your wonderful memory.
