Little bit more about me:
I was at Burning Man in 2003 and 2004, and I met Tony and had my photo taken. I loved the idea but had forgotten the question and the url of his project. But I remembered it over this past weekend, March 2008, while I was in Steamboat Springs. I find that this question, "WDYDWYD? " is a great question to ask yourself periodically--to have a check, a reminder, about your motivations and reasons for living so that you can live a conscious life. I am a Thai Massage therapist and instructor. I used to be in Academia--working on my PhD of English Literature. When I came across Tony's project and question, I was just on the verge of leaving Academia and going to Thailand to learn Thai Massage. That was about 5 years ago, and I feel so fortuante to own a business and to have so much passion and inspiration for what I do. It is important for us to question things as individuals and as a society--personally and polically--we need to questions ourselves--to step out of the bubble, away from the "grind", and ask ourselves "WHY?" This is what art is--it makes us stop--see something in a new way--and question our existence. I'm excited to share this site and these ideas with my friends and clients.

(Yesterday, I fell down the stairs at my house. I was laying at the bottom of the stairs, thankfully, alive with just a few bruises, and I started crying. Is this why we race around here and there--to avoid the humbling experiences of being helpless at the bottom of the stairs? )
I do what I do to bring happiness and caring to the world
