I love spring break - I was so excited about heading to DC for an entire week. But then my mom scheduled surgery for that same week. The surgery was nothing serious, she didn't really need me there but there was never a question in my mind that I would be there before, during and after the surgery. My friends really questioned the decision because they thought I should have went on SB anyway. Why do I do what I do? Because she has always always always been there for me.
